Dr. Sincell’s practice is devoted to patent prosecution matters involving technology, particularly in the fields of computer architecture and medical devices. Dr. Sincell’s technical background includes graduate research including computational and theoretical work in the physics of black holes and neutron stars. He developed models of active galaxies, pulsars, and binary stars. He has also done fundamental research on computer models of shock waves.
