Dr. Sincell’s practice is devoted to patent prosecution matters involving technology, particularly in the fields of wireless communication, semiconductor fabrication, energy, computer architecture, and medical devices. Representative clients include Alcatel-Lucent, Dow Corning, Advanced Micro Devices, Spansion, Legerity, Zarlink, UniPixel, Western Geco, Lockheed Martin, University of North Texas, Symbol Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Chevron Services, Medtronic, Micron Technology, IBM, Vanderbilt University, Nokia, and BJ Services.
Dr. Sincell’s technical background includes computational and theoretical work in the physics of black holes and neutron stars. He developed models of active galaxies, pulsars, and binary stars. He has also done fundamental research on computer models of shock waves.
