Mr. Kim’s practice is devoted to patent litigation matters involving highly complex technical and legal issues. He has been involved in cases dealing with technologies such as semiconductor design, software applications, security software and hardware, agricultural biotechnology, telecommunications, and oil and gas drilling. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment, managing discovery, depositions, working with experts, and trial.
REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Mr. Kim has been involved in patent litigation matters for such companies as Apple, Advanced Micro Devices, McAfee, Monsanto, General Motors, and M-I Swaco.

Mr. Kim is a member of the Texas Bar and is admitted to practice in Southern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Kim is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
