Mr. Morehan’s practice is devoted to patent litigation matters involving highly complex technical and legal issues. Mr. Morehan has also gained patent litigation experience working as the briefing attorney for Judge Everingham, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas—Marshall Division.
Mr. Morehan has also experienced success in pro bono representation, assisting a client in reaching a favorable settlement on a claim pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
