Mr. Morgan’s practice
is devoted to patent litigation and prosecution matters involving highly
technical and complex technology, particularly in the semiconductor and
electronics industries. His practice includes counseling clients on patent
acquisition and enforcement issues, performing prelitigation analyses,
preparing infringement and validity opinions, and analyzing prior art and
technical data. During his tenure at Arnold, White & Durkee, Mr. Morgan was
head of the firm’s electrical and mechanical prosecution group. He has been
involved in the prosecution of United States and foreign applications for a
wide variety of companies, including Advanced Micro Devices, Compaq Computer
Corporation, Emerson Electric Company, Intel Corporation, Halliburton, and
Micron Electronics.
