Mr. Goodman’s practice is focused on writing and prosecuting patent applications, patent interferences, patent validity and infringement opinions, licensing, and general counseling in intellectual property matters.
 
REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Mr. Goodman is experienced in patent infringement litigation, patent prosecution, patent interferences, and opinions, particularly in the chemical arts. Representative technologies involved in Mr. Goodman’s practice are: pharmaceutical formulations; medical imaging methods; herbicide formulations; polymers, catalysts, and manufacturing processes; starch products and processing; pollution control processes; semiconductor fabrication processes; and downhole oil well tools.
 
ADMITTED
Mr. Goodman is a member of the Texas bar, and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas and the Northern District of California, as well as in the Courts of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit and Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of International Trade. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
