Mr. Diring’s practice is devoted to patent prosecution and litigation matters involving highly technical and complex technology, particularly in the microprocessor, semiconductor, and electronics industries.  Mr. Diring’s practice includes counseling clients on patent acquisition and enforcement issues, preparing infringement and validity opinions, and analyzing prior art and technical data.

Mr. Diring has been involved in the prosecution of United States and foreign applications for a variety of companies, including Advanced Micro Devices, Compaq Computer Corporation, Intel Corporation, Micron Technology, Sun Microsystems, Rockwell Automation, and Emerson Electric Company.

ADMITTED

Mr. Diring is a member of the Wisconsin Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.  He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
